    After over 30 years of research about what makes humans happy and fulfilled, she is excited to see this dream coming to fruition.  During this research, she realised that the No 1 issue that causes both relationships and communities to fail, is the lack of capacity to peacefully and skilfully solve conflicts together - how to truly play Win-Win. Hence, as an Integral/Systems thinker, she has created the people systems that are foundational to successful, creative living together.  Tho we are close to bringing this plan to fruition, it is still in the planning stages.

    Frances provides consulting,  training and group facilitation in Relationship and Communication Skills, and NVC and Conflict Resolution... with a special focus on supporting new communities to create solid foundations for peaceful, creative living.
